• "ADGM" means the Abu Dhabi Global Market. "Content" means all material made available on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, data, layouts and software.
• "you" and "your" mean the person or entity accessing or using the Website.

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the Website, are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market. You and we irrevocably agree that the courts of the Abu Dhabi Global Market shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
