Base7 is an Abu Dhabi based AI application factory.
We work backwards from the challenges that hold your operation back, turning them into production systems that work. One team scopes, builds, ships, and runs each one end to end, with no handoffs.
We are cloud-agnostic: we deploy on the compute the country already trusts, Core42 and Microsoft Azure, or inside your own private cloud, whichever fits. Either way, we design the data, models, agents, and governance for production, keep data in the UAE, and build compliance in from day one.

Our Team
Base7 is built by a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, business analysts and delivery leads. Our engineers work across full-stack, integration, infrastructure and AI. Our data scientists work on models, Arabic NLP and optimisation. Our business analysts start in your operation and work backwards to the system. Our delivery leads own governance and the date. The people who help frame the challenge are the same people who design it, build it, and stay accountable for how it performs.
Nordine Hadi
Chief Executive Officer

For 25 years, Nordine Hadi has built mission-critical systems for both regulated and non-regulated industries, run advanced technologies and AI at global scale, and studied how states govern technology.
He spent a decade as Director of Technical Product Management at Amazon, where he led a global organisation across Europe, LATAM, MENA and India. Working backwards from customers, he invented, developed and ran dozens of systems to optimise the end-to-end supply chain: 18 countries, each with its own regulators, its own customs regime and its own definition of a good decision, and a €50 billion inventory portfolio that could not stop moving. He pioneered the large-scale automation, machine learning and AI-powered systems that ran it.
Earlier, as a founding member of IP Trade, he built the communication systems that trading floors, emergency command centres, airports and energy plants run on. He spent ten years building it from a startup into a major player, competing with the industry’s largest names across more than 50 countries. By 2017 it held majority share in its field, and British Telecom acquired the company to enrich its IP communication products and technology portfolio. Prior to this, Nordine was the country manager of Avaya Luxembourg and started his career as a Telecom & Networks engineer at Cisco.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a Master’s in international Business from the Free University of Brussels.
